The Global Disability Fund and Taiwan’s leading hearing aid manufacturer, Digisine (manufacturer of Mimitakara brand), met at the International Trade Building to discuss potential collaboration opportunities. As a company known for its research and development and manufacturing capabilities in the field of hearing aids, as well as its innovative cloud technology, Digisine was an ideal partner for the Global Disability Fund. The goal of the partnership is to help people with hearing impairments in the Fund’s 101 member countries access affordable and high-quality hearing aids made in Taiwan.
The meeting was a huge success, with extensive discussions and business negotiations taking place between the all parties. After the meeting, a group photo was taken at the request of the Fund’s President to show their support for this important cause. Thanks to this partnership, Digisine hearing aids are set to appear on the Global Disability Fund’s list of approved products. This collaboration is expected to help people with hearing impairments all over the world reconnect with the sounds of the world and enjoy the beauty of music once again.
